Scope of Service

Depending on the selected package or individual agreement, services may include the photoshoot, image selection, retouching, post-processing, and delivery through an online gallery.

Enquiry and Booking

A request submitted through the website does not automatically create a binding contract. A booking becomes binding only after personal confirmation and date approval.

Prices and Payment

The package prices shown on the website are indicative. Events, business projects, and custom requests may require an individual quote. Payment terms are agreed per project.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Changes or cancellations can be requested by email. In the case of very short-notice cancellations or no-shows, the provider may propose updated terms or a new appointment.

Image Delivery

Final images are delivered according to the booked package and the individual agreement. Delivery may take place through a protected online gallery.

Copyright

Copyright remains with the photographer. Usage rights depend on the project type and individual agreement. Commercial or advertising use may require separate approval.

Liability

The provider aims to deliver the agreed service properly. In cases of force majeure, technical issues, or unforeseen obstacles, rescheduling or a renewed agreement may be necessary.
